Renewed my OD subs, now I can't download from Wincustomize anymore

I payed my Object Desktop subscription for another year today, and I later tried to download from Wincustomize, and it told me I had reached my limit, and that I should cross reference my email, but it's the same address.
Anyone know the answer to this?? I'll bet it's staring me in the face

Help would be appreciated.

it may take a little while for it to get updated in the system.. you could Email stardock at [email protected] and let them know. they will handle it as soon as possible
