First, you need to define educated. Is that grade 12 education?

What's the split on economic terms? If education is low across the poor, then a population where the minorities are largely poor is going to show disproportionate levels on racial grounds.

Mostly the white families are the rich families in Georgia but they are only rich because they got an education so really money has nothing to do with it. All ethnic groups regardless of economic status have access to public schools and are given the opportunity to work hard, get good grades, and get a scholarship.

An interesting perspective, but unfortunately not based on any use of factual analysis. Statistics have suggested over and over again that economic standing has a high degree of influence over education levels. This may be based on the additional educational benefits of having educated parents but in any event it does have an effect. Of course it's far simpler to say that it's because minorities have different-coloured skin, but it's by no means correct.
