Object Dock Tray causes OD to crash???

when i add the tray docklett to OD moments later it closes the program.

my object dock works fine, love it. but when i add the Tray docklett, so i can see my running programs, moments later it closes the program. either that or it crashes. its quite annoying. has anyone else had this problem? and if so, how is it fixed. and yes i have OD set to hide the windows bar at the bottom. thanks in advance for any help or info you can supply.

if you say you added a tray docklett do you mean you added a new tab by right-clicking on the dock > tabs > add new tab > add taskbar tab? Or do you mean you added another dock which you use as a taskbar? Or are you attempting to use an actual docklett? (if yes, which one?)

If the latter is the case, try and use one of the other two possibilities to add the taskbar feauture to your dock. Note that some of the available docklets were written for older versions of ObjectDock, and might not work anymore with the newer versions.

the older version of the tray docklet made mine crash all the time. I think there is a newer version that doesn't do this
