Not all icons changing.

I'm having trouble with icon packager. It seems to be applying new icons to most but not all related files. Here's an example: some favorite links have the url icon changed to the custom, while others still have the original default. I would figure they would both have originally recieved the icon from the same source and so i'm baffled as to why it would be different now. Another common example is the desktop icon, some places i.e.: my quicktask bar it is as icon packager made it, while others it is still the default. There are other occurances to, these 2 are the ones i notice the most.

Have you tried this yet:

- Load all your icons in IconPackager,
- Save the package as individual files,
- Rebuild your icon cache,
- Repair Icon Images,
- Rebuild you icon cache again

That seemed to help on my pc
