MsBarbie,

Go into the WindowBlinds Configuration panel (just load windowblinds and right-click the WB icon in the system tray and select "Configure WindowBlinds") and on the left side of panel you will see the "Settings" categories.

Go into "Basic Settings" and under "Enhance Desktop elements" you will see "Apply any wallpaper supplied". Select this option and then click "Apply changes" on the left of panel.

Right click the WB icon in the system tray again and select "Reload Current skin", if there is a wallpaper supplied with the skin you are using, the wallpaper will be applied.

If the wallpaper is not supplied with the skin, you will need to right-click an empty spot on your desktop, select "Properties" and go to the "Desktop" tab. Under that tab you will see a list of walls available in the "Backgrounds" box. Select the wallpaper you want to use or use the "Browse" button on the right side to navigate to the image you want to use. After selecting the image you want, make sure to click the "Apply" button.

If you don't have the wallpaper on your computer, you will need to download it first.

Hope this helps.
