More Goverment types?

I'd like too see a wider array of goverment types with their own advantages and disadvantages in addition to the linear road to democracy that we have at the moment. Say you don't want a democracy, you want to enforce more advanced forms of dictatorship over the population. Nobody who isn't a cyber dictatorship likes you so diplomacy is pretty much out of the window but you get a production and morale bonus (but a research penalty and trade penalty?). How about possible goverment types determined by alignment, for instance thought tyranny (an advanced form of cyber dictatorship) is only possible for evil civs.

The result is, you get a broad spectrum of permutations of government policies, eliminating the need for a dozen different governments for every race.
