Install skins.

Some of the skins are not in the .wbl file. Some of them are in .rar and ypu zip them up in to a mapp.

No problem so far. But when it comes to skin who have the name "XP" inte their skinname, I got problems.

I have downloaded Black XP and XP Jeans. Nobody works...I have done maps for them and zipped them up in the maps.

It is only those to skins. I have many other skins who works great but not this shit. Help me out someone

And why can't you skinmakers do your skin in .wbl files instead?

I am not to sure what you mean here, but I downloaded Black XP and it downloaded as a .wba file and installed without problems. I tried to do the same for XP Jeans but the libraries were down.

You obviously seem to be able to see the extensions. I am also not sure what you mean with "doing maps". I suspect you mean 'folders' (from the German word "Mappe"). The thing is, if you create a folder and unzipp into that folder you will have a folder in a folder. All you should do is to right-click on the .zip/.rar file and click on 'unzip' or 'expand' (or the equivalent in your language). This should create a folder with all the necessary files in it. You should then move this folder into your 'WindowBlinds'-folder.

However, an easier way is to just right-click on your zip file and click on "rename". Change the extension from zip to wba and you can just double-click on this file and it should install itself.

In rare occasions the files are uploaded as a zip file in order to include permissions and other files.

Aha, So i just can change the name on the rar/zip file and it will become a .wbl?

Sorry. In Swedish it it "Mapp" so i calldes it map..Hehe. But now i know it is "Folder".

Thanks for the English lesson and the skin help.

You will have to change it to a .wba (not wbl) file, but yes otherwise you can just rename it and it will become a windowblinds skin file. However, some files might not work if you do it this way. In that case just unzip with your usual program, then take a look at the folder (open it). If there is another folder in there move this to your WindowBlinds-folder.

and no worries, English isn't my first language either
