Showing multiple windows open of the same program

If i have like 4 windows of internet explorer open, i get a number 4 and then i click on the icon to select which window. How can I have all 4 windows open on the bottom so I can see each one?.

If I understand correctly what you're talking about, try unchecking the box "Use task grouping on taskbars in ObjectDock" under Dock Contents.
