help with quicklaunch skin

i am using PixOS WindowsBlinds. my quicklaunch does not have the blue bubble around the icons. how can i make it so it looks like this??

I have been using PixOS as well, and I haven't had problems with the Quicklaunch buttons.

Which version of Windowblinds are you using? Also; right-click on your WB icon in the Systray and click on "Configure Windowblinds". There on the left side under "Settings" click on "Basic Settings". Under "Enhance Deskop settings" make sure you have a little cross in "Skin the quicklaunch taksbar buttons".

Note that the free version of WB does not skin everything. I am not sure, but the quicklaunchbuttons might me one of those things.
