SkinStudio: How to make transparent parts on

Hi, I'm another one of those annoying newbs. I reecently began fooling around with GUI personalization, and now I have WindowBlinds, and the SkinStudio. I got my first skin to zip and be applied to my computer just fine, but i was very disappointed when the rounded edges of the titlebars I made showed up, but with a white corner. I used Adobe Photoshop to create it. Can anyone tell me how to get the edges of the titlebar to be transparent?

or if you're really a total noob: Magic Pink = Red 255, Green 0, Blue 255
