Downloaded New Version of Object Dock + and now all of my docks have disappeared

I just downloaded an update to ObjectDock Plus via Stardock Central. Now all of my carefully constructed docklets have disappeared. Is there any chance I can somehow retrieve them; or are they all gone?

Second question: what are the file names for the docklets I create so I can back them up in the future against a recurrence of this sort of thing.

If you've never saved you docks as themes, they are gone. You can give your dock themes any name you choose.

I'll recreate 'em and save 'em as Themes, henceforth.
