OD Icon in System Tray

Is there a way to hide this icon? Also, is there a general way to hide any others that I may not want to see?

If you are using WinXP, right click on the taskbar and choose properties at the bottom of the context menu. Check 'Hide inactive icons' on the lower left corner of the resulting dialog box, then click 'Customize' on the lower right corner. You will get a list of all your systray icons and are given the option to 'hide when inactive', 'Always Hide' or 'Always Show'.

If you don't have WinXP, sorry, not a clue

Thanks werewolf, that did work, but only for the Windows system tray. What I want to do is hide icons in Objectdock's system tray. I guess I should have been more clear before.

I don't use OD as a Systray, but in the configuration menu under "Positioning" you should be able to set to "Don't show in tray or taskbar".

tell me if that is working for you

Here's what is shown under Positioning, but I don't see anything referring to the Objectdock icon.

EDIT - I just realized you were talking about tabbed docks, however I am only running regular docks.

You are right, this option does not seem to be availabe for magnifying docks. It is only available for tabbed docks. Strange that...

Don't do it...
The icon allows you to get your docks out of the hell.
You can hide it temporarily by going into XP's Taskbar and Start Menu Properties.

Don't have XP? Go to Configure Dock, Positioning.
Click on the option to do this, making sure that your dock isn't ALWAYS ON TOP.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Note
This option only works on tabbed docks!
