Problem starting IE

Since I installed WindowBlinds, I cannot launch a new session of IE. I shut down windowblinds and it works just fine. I'm using version 4.4. Any clues?

Un-install any Toolbars you have installed (Google, Yahoo, etc).......

I don't have any toolbars installed at all!

at a command prompt, type
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
