The Civ series has corruption. The further you are from the capitol the more people will have their hands in the cookie jar. Can this be incorporated into GC2 in some way? An equivalent to the forbideden palace would be helpful for combating corruption as in Civ now.

Plus distance from a capital has NOTHING to do with corruption in reality especially in a modern/futuristic society.

I really did not find corruption in other games to be fun. And afterall, the game should be fun to play and not tedious.
