How do i put a new boot screen up?

I dont know how to put a downloaded boot screen for windows xp. i have the files but i'm not shore how to use them. pleze help. thank you

i'm haveing the same problem, i have the bootskin program installed but trying to get the downloaded boot skins to ad to the list on the bootskin program is what i'm haveing hard a time doing, how or what am i to do in order to get the files to ad to the list, i open the zip file and extract into a folder on my desktop, that wouldn't do anything, i try to import the files to the program it self and the program can't find the skins on my desktop folder, it can't see the zip file or if i extracted the file into a folder on the desktop the program still can't see those files either, all i have is the 5 skins that are already in the bootskin program, i don't know what i'm doing wrong..

rename the .zip to .bootskin and then doubleclclick
