3 problems for a noob

transparency&nvidia, my toolbar sleep, windows blur

Greetings !

First of all : sorry for my very bad english, I'm french !

I have 3 problems, can you help me ?

The FIRST :
I have a nvidia graphic card and the drivers allow me to make the windows transparent during their displacement. Now it doesn't work... (and I want to have...)

The SECOND :
My toolbar is very very sleep to appear when I master keys my mouse in bottom of the screen (automatically mask the toolbar).... I think it is due to various options...(With an older version of windoblinds, i haven't got any problem, and my pc is fast)

The THIRD :
There is a blur when i displace a window, how to remove (options...)

for the second problem : two possibilities in reallity
-the toolbar work correctly
-she didn't want to appear, i need to press the windows button
