Icon changing with non-bought version?

I downloaded a Mac OS theme for WindowBlinds, but it doesn't change everything, including desktop icons and all other icons. How do I change the icons to the ones that are in the WB file?

Well, in comments people were talking about the icons. So I know therein there somehow, I just don't know how to get at them.

Windowblinds files don't contain icons. The person who made the WB skin may have had icons in the screenshot/preview image. To switch the icons you need to snag IconPackager. There is a shareware version of it as well.
