SDC isnt the sharpest knife in the drawer!!!

Here's a weird one:

I go into Stardock Central 2, and click on RightClick to install it. A little box appears saying RightClick requires Windows 98 or later to be installed. NO DUH! Guess what I'm running dummy?!
