Just Plain Help

I'm so frustrated. I've just upgraded Object Desktop, and I've been signing on via Stardock. It says I have upgrades, but when I click on them it says to check the serial numbers (although it doesn't tell me how to do that). I cut and pasted (from the e-mail) the serial numbers when I installed the softwareAt this point, I can't really see what this upgrade is getting for me. I wanted to be able to download and use some of the neat Christmas themes, but I'm nowhere near being able to do that.

I'm not exactly a computer whizzo, but I'm not a total idiot either. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

You might have to enter your serial numbers into StardockCentral? In the lower right corner of StardockCentral you should be able to see "Registration Info". Click on it and make sure that your Object Desktop serial number is entered there together with the email address under which you purchased this subscription.

I would also recommend to unistall the trial/free versions you had on your system before installing the full versions through Stardock Central.
