HELP ME WITH THE START MENUS!!

I have a problem...how can y change start menu...? in the skin screenshots there are new start menus but when i install suite it dont change...please help me what i have to download to change the start menu...

WindowBlinds skins the start panel on XP only. But... you can skin this on the on the other OS's if you use Objectbar with WindowBlinds.
If you are using XP, and WB, and the start panel still isn't skinning, it could be the AMD64 bug, and previous version of WB. This was corrected with version 4.4, I beleive.
