Window Grouping

Is there a way to have programs not be grouped together in the taskbar dock? I would much rather have them spread out when I am looking at multiple webpages or IMs...

In OD+ click on the "Dock Settings" menu. Choose "Content settings" from the left hand list, and untick "use task-grouping on taskbars in object-Dock".

I don't use OD as a taskbar, so I don't know whether it works. Please let me know.
