Can someone tell me what Plugin does this?

I've been studying all of the great skins and art created on this site for a while. I want to take a stab at skinning, but I need to know how this particular effect (which I see A LOT of people using) is being done. I have searched far and wide for the plugin that makes these nice, belevels with glossy effects:

What is this?

I can do belevels and shadows easy enough, but is this effect being done with a single plugin or is it a combination of methods? Thanks in advance for any help!

Definitely not a single plugin at work on either of those, WretchX....

Lots of adjusting and tweaking of settings going on there. So, yeah ...it's a combination of several methods.
