Hillary Clinton should leave this award off her resume when she runs for President in 2008.

She has recently been awarded the "German Media Prize" of 2004, a left-wing award to political figures.

Other recipients of the German accolade include:

Bill Clinton

Well, Bill received it in 1999, so at least there was a semblance of objectivity with the whole 5 year hiatus.

There seems to be a problem with the source:

Media Control here has a monopoly about ratings in media coverage like 'official' top ten lists
both audio and video. As such, they are a joint venture of the phono and advertising industry.
They can't be left wingers because they are rooted where the money and the establishment is.
These guys may be titled liberal, but that makes them allies of choice of the conservatives, since
liberals in germany aren't left wing enough (being elitist plutocrats) as long as there are the greens...
