Skin will not remain

I downloaded the GT3 Windowblind, installed it and love it. The only problem is, when i log off and log back on the skin is replaced with an xp theme. I am logged as an administrator which is also the account i use on the machine.I know this is an easy fix, but it is coming to me, help!

have you tried some options in configure windowblinds ??
that is all i can do 2 help...it's not much but i tried !!

Shareware or registered version of WB? I don'think the shareware version runs at startup.
