I couldn't find anything on internet that may explain this unusual problem of mine. It's nothing serious so far, and don't worry, it's not "private" problem.
Basically, once a while my big toe ( either one ) starts to go down and continues well past the point where it get really painful. But I could force it back up and it's fine. Sometimes it's really stubborn, however.
The big toe thing is very common, happening in least 5 times or more a week. Most times it is not stubborn so I can just force it back once and it's fine, although I can feel muscle still very slightly pulling afterward.
Other places it could happen is:
The top of my arm, the single muscle that controls my hand placement gets tight and my hand went up and stuck there. I forced it back and it's ok again. That happened only once.
The tiny muscle in side of my hand, below the pinky gets stuck. I couldn't force it back out so I simply waited till it got tired and let go. Luckily that one wasn't painful. Happened only twice.
One of my leg muscle did get stuck once. I think it's called calf, it's big muscle below knee and at back of leg. It happened a few times.
It's real annoying problem and I couldn't find any cause or possible reasons for this. I made this blog in hopes of someone knowing what the hell this is. I do hope it's not signs of something really serious but I can take the bad news.
