windows blinds and power tools

hi
is any one here useing aol and power tools with windows blinds installed on pc why i am asking for i am useing power tools and every time i go to my aol favourites it cuts off aol and restarts it all the time so i was wondering if any one here was haveing the same trouble as i love windows blinds and power tools but both dont seem to want to work toughter
if any one can help i would be very greatfull to them
