Do you have the Bootskin program installed? It is free and you can get it here. https://www.stardock.com/products/bootskin/
Once it is installed, just open the program, and click on "import skin", then point to the directory where you have your downloaded skins.

Step 1. File extension must not be hidden. If you're unsure what that means, open Control Panel > Folder Options > View tab > "Hide extensions for known file types" should be un-checked.

Step 2. Right-click the file and select Rename. Change the .zip part of the name to .bootskin
If you get a warning about changing the extention, click OK

Step 3. Double-click the renamed file.

Well I was gonna say the same thing as Wizop Koasati so after following his plans to a tee, if the boot screen still does not work then you may have a computer like mine. I have HP and there is no way to change a bootscreen on this computer. So if it doesnt work its because you cant change your bootscreen if you followed all the above instructions.
