my question is that how does it appear. I cant see it. i'm using Longhorn 4051 and am not getting any taskpane at all. not even on he left. I will implement it in my skins after i see it in action

So if any one knows how to turn on the feature please reply

All I had to do was apply a skin that had the feature. (You do have to close any open windows before it will switch)

so any ideas. its still not working here...

maybe if i tried another skin which supports shellstyles on top. does anyone knows any other skin .
