Assuming you have WindowBlinds installed, which can be found here: http://www.windowblinds.net , you can install a skin several ways:

1. Click the skin of the webpage and let it "open", it'll get installed.

2. Download the skin and save it to a folder. The skin should end with a .WBA extension. Doubleclick it. That'll install it into WindowBlinds

3. Download the skin and save it to a folder. Right-click your desktop to launch the Windows Display Properties dialog. Click the Appearances dialog. Select the Add button and browse to the WBA file and open it.

4. Download the skin and save it to a folder. Launch the WindowBlinds Config utility by clicking the WindowBlinds icon in your system tray. Click the Install Skin from Disk text button and browse to the WBA file and open it.

Now that you've installe the skin using one of the 4 methods above, you must select the skin so that WindowBlinds uses it. You can do that 1 of 2 ways:

1. From the Windows Display Properites dialog, go to the Appearance tab. Select the skin from the dropdown list. Then Press the Apply button

2. From the WindowBlinds Config dialog (launched from the system tray) scroll through the skins list and press apply once you've selected a skin
