Very odd...... it says there are 23 votes, 96% positive, but I can only pull up 17 'Thumbs Up' votes, and no negative votes.

Thanks guys. 

In the old days, WindowBlinds used to get 90% positive reviews. But over time, the people who liked it would just buy it and then never have to deal with CNET's user reviews leaving only those who didn't like it left to review.

This tends to balance things out - especially when you consider ohw much better WB is in 2004 than it was in 2000.
