There really isn't much of a need for it as browsers can't get much better than Firefox, so I for one probably wouldn't use it. However, would be good for the more mainstream internet crowd who don't really know mozilla exists.

I was thinking with everyone talking about Gmail, people would think much about an idea of a Google Broswer. If you have or was going to try out Gmial, and you could get that intergrated with the browser and get IM services too??? Talk about an take over.

Isn't FireFox based off of Mozilla anyway?

There is at least one unofficial Gmail notifier add-on for Firefox, although use of it may technically be in breach of the G-mail agreement.
