I bout 2 years subscription From Wincustimize. After i paid they baned me from the sight. in 8 days i sendt request after request to get them to lift the ban. I got a a email where they told the have removed the ban. So now i can logon to the Site, But i still can't download anything. Now i sending email after email, but now they have stopped answer me. Is it anybody else with this probLem

There were others who mentioned not being able to download anything. I'd give it a few days to see if it works itself out. If not, try posting in the Help forum the details of your problem.

Have you given support time to respond?  As the auto response states, it could take 2 business days.  Have you given them two business days, or did you email them on Saturday and expect them to answer already?

You're not banned by any means.  There is something on your PC that is preventing you from downloading (like a pop-up blocker, firewall setting, etc.)

You now i have this problem over one week. The problem is not on my pc. You tald me last week i was not banned, but the webmaster told me on fridag i was and the ban now was liftet. So i am shore it's still there.

I have no idea what the "webmaster" emailed you, but considering that I have database access and that I checked before I emailed- you were *not* banned when I emailed you.  I assume what you are referring to is an email that support sent you that said that your ban had been lifted.  However, when I checked, there was no ban on your account.  You are not banned right now, or you wouldn't be able to post.  As I also told you in email, I was able to log in under your information and download.  I would not be able to do that if there was a problem with your account.

Again, there is something on your computer that is interfering, please utilize support.

First thing to look at would be any firewalls or download accelerators you have running. They are the usual culprits

Or....try right-clicking on the link and 'save as'......it's not uncommon for odd file extensions such as those used in skins to 'confuse' windows...
