BootSkins Just Wont Work

I have tried all 3 versions of BootSkin but every time I load one, my computer will only load in safe mode on re-boot. I have a HP Pavillion T150.se with SP1 and all updates installed. Can anyone tell me what it is that I am doing wrong please.

It's one of those quirky problems difficult to track dowm. I just gave up!
BookSkin has problems with some motherboards. Mine's a MSI-6579. Yours being HP, chances are it's the same mobo...

Seems to be a problem with manufacturers and driver makers not following playing nice with the other kids.. Do either of these mobo's support a higher color BIOS screen? I saw this option on a mobo somewhere and immediately thought this might cause something like bootskins a problem..
