Any SDK / Libraries commercially available

Is there a library / SDK available that can be used to build applications that allow for skinning of the application. We just want our application to get the look and feel of windows blinds etc. Is there an SDK available for a price?

Hmm, I think you need to email Frogboy about that. Software is offered by Stardock that integrates skinning right into the application. Cant find the link at the moment, but send an [email protected] to him and he should be able to help you out.
