Upgraded and installed, but need to turn off a feature, but don't know it's name.

I recently upgraded to the latest Object Desktop (OD), mainly because I needed to get control of my Windows 11 Pro Desktop Icon placements -- thankfully Fences does that for me, but because I already had OD, and it had Fences in it, I upgraded the whole thing.  Anyway, I enabled a feature in one of the sub-apps that covers the tabs in my Chrome browser that when I move my mouse pointer towards a tab's close 'X' button, preventing me from normally closing the tat tab.  I want to now disable that feature, but I don't know the sub-app's name nor the feature's name to do that.

More detail: when I'm in the browser and the mouse pointer begins to float over the tab's close button, a black band moves down from the browser's top edge and blocks access to the close button, so when I click with the mouse, the tab isn't closed.  To get around this, if I move the mouse just to the lower edge of the close button, then I can click it and close the tab.

 

Anyone know the sub-app's name and the feature's name, and how to configure that feature to disable it?

Thanks for replying.  I don't know how to create a video without buying a program like grab-it that adds that ability to Windows.  So I tried to take a screenshot, but when I position the mouse as I described in my question, that is so the black band descends from the top of the browser window and covers the tabs, then press the windows-shift-s keys to begin the screenshot, the band goes away.  So I could only mock-up a static image, but that wouldn't help you to see what is happening.  Is there a trustworthy free-wear or trial video capture program that you could recommend, perhaps that came with Object-Desk that I am unaware of?  I don't create videos, so don't want to invest in something that I don't use, and my cellphone is broken so that won't work.  Perhaps someone from Stardock will wonder by and see this thread.  I don't like tech-support being left to the fan-forums without someone from the company monitoring questions that really should to go to tech-support.

There is an application call ShareX, which is free and I am using it to do my screenshots or my short small Gif videos perfect for forum post. Get it from here: https://github.com/sharex/sharex.

Oh, great!  Yes, it was Groupy.  I just found this out by right-clicking on the black ban and recognized that it was Groupy by the options shown in the pop-up menu that displayed.  Then in Groupy's configuration, General section, I turned off the "Show a Groupy bar ..." option.  Either I'm not ready for what Groupy was trying to do with that option or the Avast Secured Chrome Browser isn't compatible with Groupy.  I'll have to experiment with the settings or add Avast's Browser to the exception list.
