AltTabby disables alt + ` combination

Hello Stardock Support Team and Community,
I would like to report a bug regarding shortcut interception in AltTabby.
There is an issue where AltTabby blocks the Alt + (Tilde / Backtick) shortcut in specific applications while AltTabby is active. The block occurs regardless of whether the "Switch between windows of the same app with Alt + `" toggle is turned On or Off in the Hotkeys menu.
It appears that AltTabby maintains an active global keyboard hook for this key combination regardless of the toggle state, preventing certain applications from receiving the keystroke at all.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open AltTabby Configuration and select any active interface style (e.g., Thumbnail, List, Icons, or Carousel view).
  2. Go to the Hotkeys section and ensure "Switch between windows of the same app with Alt + ` " is toggled Off (doesn't work with it toggled On as well).
  3. Open an application that relies on Alt + ` for its internal shortcuts.
  4. Press Alt + ` , the shortcut fails to trigger in the application.
  5. Return to AltTabby settings and select "Disable AltTabby" on the main Style screen.
  6. Press Alt + ` in the target application again — the shortcut now works perfectly.

Expected Result:

Turning off the "Switch between windows..." toggle should completely unhook the Alt + ` combination so that other applications can use it, without requiring the user to disable AltTabby entirely.

Actual Result:

AltTabby keeps a hard lock on the Alt + ` shortcut across the system for certain apps unless the entire software functionality is turned off.

Enviroment:

OS: Windows 11 Pro

Windows Version / OS Build: Version 25H2 (OS Build 26200.9168)

AltTabby version: 0.81

Thank you for your time, looking forward to a fix!
