Fences 6 - All of a sudden it says "Subscription has expired"

Fences 6 - All of a sudden it says "Subscription has expired"

Tried re-entering the key, didn't work.

 

Is this a server issue? Because I have not changed anything, hardware or otherwise. And this is only installed on my PC. All my other PC's have Fences 5 or 4. And I am fairly certain I recently automatically renewed on the 9th April this year.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Look like you're having account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
