Need Help Choosing Terrain or Synthetic Tech Tree

I am making a custom civilization and when I get to the technologies tab.

I select Terrian Alliance Tree. Then after I click save civilization.

My civilization is human people. But then when I start new game is not the terrian alliance tech tree its the standard tech tree. So I must be doing something wrong not sure what. Anyone know what my error is? I think I got it working before in the previous version.

I have all the expansion packs.

Yeah, I see what you mean. I just tried it myself an am able to reproduce this. I'll pass it along to the team. Thx for the report!
