Fence docked to bottom of screen set as up Rollup, loses position when shutting down, waiting and rebooting.

Ive seen similar issues posted on the forum but all the posts are old, on different versions of fences and windows so i figured id reopen it

Windows version: 26200.8037

Monitor: 3840x2160, 150% scale

(theres a secondary monitor but it doesnt have any fences on it, that ones 1440p on 100% scaling if that even matters)

Fences version: 6.20

only other desktop customization software i use are start11 and desktopinfo

I have a rollup fence docked to the very bottom of my screen, its the only fence, its got 4 tabs and it isnt wider than my screen (with 4 pixels to spare on one side).

When i shut the pc down, wait, and boot it back up, the fence repositions itself vertically by (roughly) 400 pixels upwards.

Now i did some testing and if i put it to sleep and wake it, reboot it normally, lock it and log back in, or shut it down and instantly boot it back up, it retains its position. Its only when i shut it down, wait a while (like overnight) and then boot it back up that consistently makes it lose its position. I have however not tested how long it needs to be shut down to actually do this.
