Need Help Finding a Style

I don't know if this is the right place to ask but I'm trying to make a new layout for my desktop and I really want to use a certain windowblinds style I used in the past...Problem is I totally forgot the name of it..   I tried searching for it on wincustomize but couldn't spot it anywhere unfortunately.. I do have a screenshot of it though:



I'd appreciate it if someone could help me find the style in this photo! (Sorry if its really small.. I couldn't exactly find another screenshot of it  )
