Activation Keys not working

I also need someone from support to contact me.  I just purchased 3 additional licenses on my key and it's not associating them with my email address.  I took the email and key directly from the receipt and it says it's invalid.  Please help

Log in to your account and then go here and enter your email address.

You should receive an email with all your purchases and keys.

If you have several email addresses, try them here until you receive and email with your recent purchase.

I have tried both emails and I have all the keys saved in my email.  Neither of them are working.  This isn't an issue of needing to merge accounts or unknown as to which account is the correct one.  I have email with all the information on it.  It's simply not working.
