i got another problem with windowsblinds some apps on fullscreen have this annoying title bar how do i get rid of it

Sorry to hear you are having issues. As a test, if you apply Windows default theme, does the titlebar still appear? Remember to close the game first, apply Window default theme. Restart the game and see if the issue still there.

With Windows default skin applied. Reboot the system and see if the same issue appear.

it gone now but it the default theme and when i choose another theme it comes back

You should be able to disable that frame from being skin by WB. This is done by setting "ApplicationFrameHost.exe" to be ignore/exclude by WB. Refer here for reference: https://forums.stardock.com/507885/ (reply#10)
Note this will set all Universal Application type application be ignore by Windowblinds.
