Star11 - needs multiple clicks to swith programs/windows

After a recent Windows 11 update [2026-03 Preview Update (KB5079391) (26200.8116)], I'm having issues switching between programs in the taskbar and even windows that are open of the same program.  When I click on the program preview from the taskbar for the program I want to use, I keep getting bounced back to the last program I was using. It takes multiple attempts to be able to switch.  Needless to say, this is very annoying.  Has this been reported before?

I've installed the new update and I'm still having the issue, though not as bad.  I'm going to follow your recommended install/uninstall recommendations.  I do have a question, though, is it OK to backup the current setting on the app or do you recommend doing the settings again?  Thank you.
