Start11 - Tabs within Groups

Hi there,

When using Start11 in Windows 11 mode, is there a way to put tabs inside groups, for example:

Group1
 Tab1 Tab2 Tab3

Group2
 Tab1 Tab2 Tab3

It would also be useful to:

Insert horizontal bars/separators between the individual groups/tabs.
Change the tab name font independently of the group name font.
