Want Win 11 Context Menu but get Win10 Context Menu first time I right click on file

I have the Start 11 installed on my Windows 11 25H2 PC and it is set to show the Windows 10 Start Menus. However, each time I use right-click to do something with a file, the first time I click it displays the old W10 context menu. If I click a second time, it displays the newer Win11 context menu. This is very annoying and I wonder if there is a setting or something that will display the Win11 context menu each time I right-click on a file. 

Copilot suggests that I edit the Registry, but I am hoping these is a better way to fix this.

If you right-click an icon on the Windows 10 style start menu, you should only see the Start11 context menu. Not sure what you are referring to here.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need few more details.

  1. Windows OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe to get it.
  2. Start11 full version number.
  3. Post a short video on this issue, so we understand it better.
