Using Fences 6.44, Windows 11 Build 26200.8039
Have lost the ability to create a Fence. When I use mouse to make a rectangle, no Fences menu appears

Sorry to hear you are having issues. First check this setting.
If it is properly set, and still not working, perhaps, something is blocking your mouse click from Fences. Do you have any other application running in the background which also has control on your desktop area? Perhaps it has its own desktop management featured introduced. There was a report where an antivirus application also come with some sort of desktop item, which blocking Fences.

I have it set to right button, but tried changing this and rebooting but still not able to create a new fence because there is no Fences menu appearing.
What antivirus was this reported problem?
I therefore checked the following -
I 'm able to change an existing fence name, but cannot move its location on the screen
Literally just as I am typing I get a Micrososoft update
Thought you might like to know Fences is now OK.
I'm thinking the Microsoft Defender issue update fixed whatever was an issue.
Would appreciate knowing if that was the one reported before.
