Have used fences for years.
Fences Pro successfully installed on new Surface laptop but will not load.
Followed Stardock and AI suggested solutions but nothing works. Need help.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know which Fences version you're trying to use? Need to know its full version numbers. From what I know Older Fences version are not compatible with current Windows OS. Also, not compatible on ARM base system

Process followed, Fences installed. Message box "fences not loaded. Reinstall" Doesn't work.
Fences Pro, released in 2009, is not compatible and will not work with Windows 11. I don't think it was compatible with Windows 10 either.
I have just subscribed to use fences for the next year
Can someone tell how to connect
I just want access to a working version
None of the downloads/product keys sent to me work

If you purchase subscription for Fences it should appear in your account product page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. The download button and license key number, should appear in there.
If it does not appear in there, Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "product not receive" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
