flumoxed by expiration dates of multiple Objects subscriptions

emails to customer service just seem to get ai type responses giving me link to my subscriptions.  I want to consolidate them or at least have them expire on same date.

regardless of the above, i just now went online ond renewed one of them. but I don't see the renew message go away on the machine where I expected it.

Is there a place in the local app to input the license infor/serial number?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. You can deactivate your software license on you local machine by clicking these button. And reactivate with your new license key. Or try the "Update Product key". Use screenshot below as an example/guide.

could be i have mismash of single home user and multiple pc home user with different renewal dates? or are all home user licenses single machine?
