Not receiving verification email for Fences 6 trial and cannot uninstall because of this.

Hi there,

I've installed Fences 6, rebooted and it has altered my desktop. However, despite numerous attempts and trying alternative email addresses: hotmail, icloud and gmail, I have not received any verification emails. I have checked my inboxes and spam folders on all three accounts.

In addition, the configuration process will not let me quit the app so I can uninstall it and get my normal desktop back. This is because it is awaiting the verification process to complete. Note that fences foes not appear in task manager so I cannot end the programme via that process.

Please advise on how I can verify by some other process or, alternatively, end any Fences 6 processes so that I can uninstall it because the default layout is not convenient for me.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.To remove Fences, please try purge steps as mention here : [Link]. Remember to reboot the system after the purge is done.

As for email verification question, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the ""Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
