Steam Folder Sorting

Is it possible to get the Steam folder to sort by the Shortcut name rather than the url? If you do a "Rest Icon Position" this is the order my Steam folder ends up in, I finaly today worked out what it is doing Rather than sorting Alphabetically by the Shortcut / Game name it seems to be sorting by the URL in the Shortcut


GTA IV Shortcut .lnk is called "Grand Theft Auto IV The Complete Edition" the Steam URL is steam://rungameid/12210
Easy Red II Shortcut .lnk is called "Easy Red 2" the steam URL is steam://rungameid/1324780
Robocop Rogue City Shortcut .lnk is called "RoboCop Rogue City" the Steam URL is steam://rungameid/1681430
Ace Combat Assult Horizon Shortcut .lnk is called "ACE COMBAT™ ASSAULT HORIZON Enhanced Edition" the Steam URL is steam://rungameid/228400
Pinball FX Shortcut .lnk is called "Pinball FX" the Steam URL is steam://rungameid/2328760

It also means that Even if I sort manually if I install a new game the order gets messed up again.
